With the increase of social pressure,the pace of people's life is faster and faster.Leisure tourism has become a new fashion to relieve the pressure of life.The tourism economy has entered a rapid growth period.The increase of consumption demand naturally drives the vigorous development of related industries,including the hotel industry.In order to better share the dividend of tourism development,various types of hotels are invested and developed,and whether the hotel construction project can complete the task within the expected time and be successfully opened for use is the focus of the project investors and the primary consideration of the project builders.At this time,we introduce the concept of project schedule management,as an important part of project management,which directly affects the completion of the whole project.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relevant knowledge of project management,especially to use the principle of project schedule management,scientifically formulate the project schedule meeting the actual needs and take effective project schedule control methods.This paper selects the T hotel project construction of T group as an example,through consulting a large number of references and relevant materials about the progress management of construction projects,to understand the research background and significance of the current T group hotel construction project in the progress management,and to summarize the current domestic and foreign research on the project progress management.Through many in-depth site visits and one-to-one interviews with relevant principals,we have a deep understanding of the relevant experience of T group hotel construction project and collected relevant data of progress management,and found a similar H Hotel case,as a breakthrough to plan and design the progress management of T hotel construction project using relevant scientific theories.In the process of research,WBS work breakdown method is fully used to design the project schedule of T hotel construction project,determine the duration of each work,analyze the logical relationship between each work,draw the project schedule network diagram to find out the key path related to the project schedule;milestone method is fully used to carry out the key nodes of the project schedule Control:it comprehensively uses Gantt chart method to carry out dynamic monitoring of project progress,earned value method to carry out effective dynamic control of project cost and progress,Pareto chart to strengthen quality control in the process of project,so as to find out the key to affect the project schedule,and then optimizes the design,continuously adjusts dynamically to ensure the project cost and quality,complete on time.The research results of this paper should not only ensure the construction period of the project,but also explore how to achieve the balance of project schedule,cost and quality management in the actual construction of the project,so as to accumulate valuable experience for the investment of similar hotel construction projects of T group,and provide effective reference for other construction projects to solve the actual schedule management problems.
