Under the background of the new reform, K city public hospital medical and health resources allocation optimized integration, municipal government repeatedly research,decided to K city first people’s hospital of traditional Chinese move to site.The project to rebuild the outpatient service building of the primary.Going to original outpatient building,teaching building demolition in the site based on the side of the road back 5 meters, 8 new outpatient service building complex, with a total area of 11000 square meters.The project included in the 2015 central budget investment plan, by the central and local government jointly invest in the construction of public welfare projects.Due to investment the hospital project construction content and scale is in accordance with the relevant national standard of technical economy, and incorporated into the central investment plans, so do the project management, improve project management level and efficiency, to ensure that the project cost, schedule and quality aspects of target is very necessary.In this paper, the K city hospital outpatient service building complex of the reconstruction project, according to the start-up phase of the project, planning, preparation,implementation, management content, mainly for the hospital comprehensive building reconstruction project progress management present situation analysis, find out the existing problems and do the preliminary diagnosis for the current situation of project management,analyzes the existing schedule management, quality management, and the risk of money management, for the improvement of the subsequent project progress management countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.K city hospital outpatient service building complex reconstruction project schedule management research, first of all, based on the theory of project management are summarized,combining with the characteristics of project general situation, progress and in-depth analysis to find the breakthrough point for hospital construction schedule management research.Secondly, through the project schedule gantt chart, the S curve comparison method,to analyze and optimize the project plan, establish a schedule guarantee system, perfecting theprogress plan formulation and implementation of control to ensure to achieve the goals of the project plan.Research shows that through the use of project progress plan and control, using scientific project management theory and methods, through the scientific preparation of project schedule, project progress in the process of monitoring, adjustment, good protection measures at the same time, can achieve good results for engineering project progress.Hope that through this article research, therefore, can sort out the basic train of thought for medical building project schedule management, for the future similar project reference opinion for the schedule control.
