Green building is the development trend of the construction industry.Green building certification consulting company has made great contributions to the energy saving and environmental protection work of the construction industry in our country.However,due to the short time of existence of the industry,the cost of management work in t he green building certification consulting companies is still in a relatively extensive state.Although Y is a leading company in the green building certification industry,however,the total cost of all projects in this company is calculated only on an annual basis.Because the cost of a single project is not accounted for,the phenomena including the overruns cost of the project,the behind progress,and the cost and schedule problems of the project can not be found in time often occur.How to control the project cost effectively becomes the bottleneck of Y Company's further development..This paper studies the cost control of green building certification consulting project based on earned value managementin Y Company..First of all,the paper sorts out the cost management status of green building certification consulting project in Y Company,and discusses the current cost problems with finance department staff and technical department staff in view of the current cost problems in the company.By analyzing the existing problems and reasons of project cost management,we find that the problems in Y company caused by employee working ability and efficiency includes increased cost,behind cost management system,indistinct cost accounting object,relatively e xtensive schedule management mode,and low willingness of staff to participate in cost control.The main reasons are the lack of a sound performance management system and schedule management system,the lack of a single project cost control accounts,the la ck of incentive mechanism and so on.A project cost control optimization scheme based on earned value management is designed for Y Company,which includes the following contents:Implementing the guarantee measures of earned value management,which is composed of two parts: organizational structure design and work system design.Establishing the cost control work flow according to the different stages of work.In the project start-up phase,the work is to assign the person responsible for the project cost control.In the project planning stage,the work breakdown structure is established,the schedule plan is drawn up,and the cost budget is set up.During the project implementation phase,collecting the project cost data.In the project monitoring phase,Analyze the earned value management and correction of deviation according to the data collected before.At the end of the project,the application effect of earned value method would be analyzed,and the above scheme is verified by S project.The results show that the application of earned value management method can provide an important basis for the cost control of green building certification consulting project in Y Company,which is helpful to the project cost management.Besides,the earned value management can not only control the cost and schedule of the project but also predict the development trend of the project,and adjust the project plan.The earned value management method can make the project cost.Progress joint control,also can forecast the development trend of the project,and adjust the targeting project plan.The research results of this paper have certain reference value to the project cost management improvement of Y Company.In this paper,Chapter 1 is introduction.Chapter 2 introduces the theory of project management,the theory of cost management,and Chapter 3 analyzes the problems existing in the current cost management of Y Company.Chapter 4 designs a set of project cost control optimization scheme for Y Company based on earned value method.Chapter 5 applies the cost control scheme in the S project of Y Company and analyzes the effect of cost Control after applying earned value method.Finally,the summary of the full text.
