| Distribution network is a distributive center of all kinds of energy,and shoulders great social responsibilities.With the continuous development of new energy,electric vehicles and distributed energy integration,as well as the promotion and application of energy Internet and comprehensive energy,the distribution network is faced with a series of difficulties,such as complex and diverse operating states,multi-operating conditions of operating environment and urgent needs of lean management.How to analyze the situational awareness effect of distribution network in a scientific and reasonable way has become a difficult problem to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to build a systematic comprehensive evaluation index system and put forward reasonable and feasible evaluation methods,which can provide strong support for quanlitative and quantitative analysis of situation awareness effect of distribution network.The detailed work in the paper is as follows:1.As for the assessment of the situational awareness effect of smart distribution network,the research background and research status are analyzed.Then the development of situation awareness meaning is expounded,and the connotation of smart distribution network situation awareness is given.Considering the current problems faced by the assessment of distribution network situation awareness effect,various factors are explorated,which influence the effect of distribution network situation awareness.2.Put forward the construction principle of the evaluation index system,analyze the distribution network evaluation indexes involved in the existing literatures.According to the indicator selection principles,the comprehensive evaluation index system of smart distribution network situation awareness effect is established from five aspects,including equipment status,communication situation,operational reliability,regulation effect and sustainable development level.3.The weighting principles of analytic hierarchy process,binomial coefficient method and multi-objective planning method are described in detail.Then by case analysis,the feasibility of these methods is verified in the comprehensive assessment of situation awareness effect of intelligent distribution network.In addition,several other weighting methods are briefly discussed,and the characteristics of each weighting evaluation method are analyzed.4.With the help of the analysis and comparison of the actual cases,the combined weighting method is determined,which is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation index system of situation awareness effect of intelligent distribution network.Then,the situation awareness effect of typical regional distribution network in Tianjin is evaluated,and the rationality and practicability of the proposed index system and evaluation method are verified.Relevant constructive suggestions are given according to the evaluation results. |
