Study On Subjective Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Neighborhood Communication Space In Centralized Youth Apartments

In recent years,under the background of high housing prices,a large number of centralized youth rental apartments of different brands have emerged,which to some extent alleviated the living problems of the youth group.In order to better meet the needs of young residents,a certain area of neighborhood communication space is usually set up in the centralized youth apartment for young people to socialize.For the neighborhood communication space in the centralized youth apartment,different brand developers have different design standards,so the current neighborhood communication space environment in the centralized youth apartment is quite different.In order to explore the relationship between young people’s communication behavior and space and obtain the space design strategy conducive to neighborhood communication in centralized youth apartment,this paper conducted subjective evaluation research on the effectiveness of neighborhood communication space in centralized youth apartment from the perspective of youth apartment residents.This paper comprehensively considers the operation mode,spatial characteristics and functional type factors of the neighborhood communication space of the centralized youth apartment,selects three representative cases of Guanyu Jiuxianqiao apartment,Yuanyangshe Qingnian road apartment and Yanjingli apartment for evaluation,and carries out subjective evaluation through the combination of quality and quantification.Through literature review and field research,the pilot study summarized the characteristics of young people,and classified and summarized the neighborhood interaction behavior and space of centralized youth apartment.The three cases were qualitatively evaluated by the behavior measurement method,and the individual communication,small group communication and group communication activity frequency as well as the use intensity of each functional space in each case were statistically analyzed to preliminarily judge the neighborhood communication status of each case.By using semi‐structured interview evaluation,the positive and negative evaluation status of residents on the neighborhood communication space of each case was statistically calculated,which laid a foundation for the subsequent construction of the subjective evaluation factor set.According to relevant literature and qualitative evaluation results,the evaluation factor set was established.Through the combination of expert rating and household evaluation,subjective weighting was determined,and the evaluation data were analyzed with analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and average index weight respectively.Then the comprehensive analysis method was used to integrate the two data,and the weight of each factor was obtained.Through SD questionnaire to collect resident status evaluation effectiveness of three cases of neighborhood contact space data,using the quantitative evaluation on the overall data analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,finally draw a crown combine Jiuxianqiao apartment neighborhood contact space effectiveness as "good",the state of our youth apartment neighborhood contact space effectiveness as the "general",the neighborhood contact space in the Yanjing effectiveness as "good".Finally,the study concluded that spatial function factors,spatial form factors and social factors have a great influence on the effectiveness of neighborhood communication space of centralized youth apartment,and put forward the design strategy of neighborhood communication space of centralized youth apartment from three aspects respectively,including spatial layout,space sense creation and function setting.
