Research On Space Design Of Xiamen Centralized Youth Rental Apartment From The Perspective Of Inhabitation Theory

With the continuous rising of housing prices in China,the housing problem of a large number of floating populations in large cities has become increasingly prominent,which has led to a huge real estate leasing market This paper mainly focuses on the Inhabitation theory,and takes Xiamen,one of the long-rental apartment policy pilot cities as an example,trying to analyze the living needs and behavior habits of young tenants,proposing reasonable design strategies and making a preliminary discussion of the space design study of centralized youth long-term rental apartments,in order to provide a professional design reference for the further development of the industry in the future.This paper firstly explains the relevant background of the research on the design of concentrated youth long-term apartment from the contradiction between supply and demand market and national policy,and clarifies the research object and scope,in the meantime,by learning from research status at home and abroad and relevant Inhabitation theory,with the examples of youth tenants,we try to find out the impacts and inspirations from living demands,styles and habits on the designs of long-term rental apartments.Also,we want to generalize the design problems of such apartments from on-site surveys,so that we may make progress in future designs by learning from it.From previous surveys,this paper summarizes the space design principles of centralized long-term rental apartments,on the basis of customers’ need and then develops the researches of public space,apartment space and basic space by case analyzing and spatial types inducting,meanwhile,with the analysis of design features of each functional space,from the aspects of spatial components and indoor space optimization,the optimization strategies of public space and apartment space are proposed in multiple dimensions.Finally,this paper combines the space design practice of a concentrated youth long-rent apartment in Qianpu,Xiamen to verify the feasibility of the design strategy proposed in the previous article,and on this basis,summarizes and proposes new prospects as a certain guiding role for the f’uture of concentrated youth long-term apartment space design.
