| As an important part of power system connected directly with power consumers,distribution network has great impact on the power consumption experience of power consumers.With the increasing demand for reliability of power supply and the emergency of diversified needs of power consumers,reliability pricing has become the key to provide consumers with differentiated reliability service.For this reason,the reliability pricing method based on consumer-centric reliability metrics is studied in this thesis.The main work is as follows.The concept of consumer-centric reliability value is adopted.In terms of the loss of power outage,the consumer-centric reliability demand assessment model is built through the quantitative analysis of the consumers’ benefits with the improvement of consumer-centric reliability.The role of energy storage system(ESS)on the improvement of consumer-centric reliability is ascertained.The life cycle cost model of ESS is introduced and the economic benefit analysis model of ESS is built.Through the cost and economic benefits analysis of ESS,the related metrics including the investment-income ratio of ESS based on consumer-centric reliability,the marginal cost and benefits of consumer-centric reliability are presented.The evaluation model of marginal cost and benefits of ESS is built,which provides the computation basis for the economy of ESS deployment.A method of reliability pricing considering the influence of ESS is proposed.First,based on the analysis of the influence of different operation modes of ESS on the income and recovery period of ESS investors,a calculation method of the investors’ economic returns and recovery period of the investment costs is presented.Then,the method of reliability pricing based on multiple consumer-centric reliability metrics is proposed,which provides an incentive mechanism for the effective realization of differentiated reliability power supply service for power consumers. |
