| With the rapid development of the automobile industry in recent decades,the automobile usage in the current market is close to saturation.Meanwhile,with the tightening of environmental protection policies in recent years,the automotive industry has gradually shown a downward trend.In the face of a severe test,the automobile industry is being in a difficult transition period.How to survive in this difficult environment is a problem that needs to be considered by every automobile-related company.In the context of severe market situation and being unable to expand external demand,compared with increasing sales volume,only by reducing procurement costs and increasing income and reducing expenditure,can it achieve the purpose of increasing profits and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.Starting from the concept of supply chain management,this paper introduces the characteristics of procurement management based on supply chain management,and analyzes the differences between it and traditional procurement management.At the same time,it uses case analysis method and fishbone diagram analysis method to analyze and summarizes the problems existing in T company’s current procurement cost management from the perspective of supply chain.Aiming at the target problems and combining with the idea of supply chain management,it detailedly divides the internal and external factors affecting the procurement cost and formulates the corresponding countermeasures to solve one by one.In the chapter of countermeasures analysis,according to the product life cycle,development period,introduction period,maturity period and decline period,it classifies and lists the countermeasures on how to implement procurement cost control in combination with the idea of supply chain management in each period.In the development period and the introduction period,that is,the initial stage of procurement cost management,it is necessary to use various methods such as target cost method,centralized procurement,and procurement basis to reduce procurement costs and increase competitiveness.When the product enters the mature period,that is,the control period of purchasing cost management,it uses standard cost method,value analysis and value engineering,JIT purchasing mode and other methods to control the cost of products in a stable period.At the same time,it achieves the goal of perfecting the procurement cost control system by standardizing the procurement process,formulating the development process of new suppliers,formulating the evaluation benchmark of suppliers and training the procurement personnel of the company.In addition,the use of information tools will also greatly contribute to the improvement of procurement cost management.Based on the idea of supply chain management,this paper analyses the procurement management problems faced by T company in automobile manufacturing industry and formulates relevant countermeasures.Finally,it conducts performance estimation and analyzes some examples,hoping to provide some reference to other companies that are also in the manufacturing industry. |
