In recent years,with the continuous development of new energy,the automobile industry has entered a stage of coexistence and continuous transition between traditional and new energy vehicles.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the increase of demand for vehicles,the automobile industry has ushered in a new wave of rapid development,and the competition in the automobile industry has become increasingly fierce.How to continue to maintain the competitiveness and market share of enterprises has become one of the core issues of current enterprise research and attention.In the current market environment,the development of any enterprise is inseparable from procurement management,and perfect procurement management includes supplier management,cost control,demand inventory management,etc.,which plays a decisive role in the total cost of enterprise products,so how to better purchase management has gradually become a key part of the company’s competitiveness in the current market.This paper uses the theory of procurement management and supply chain,takes C automotive company as the research object,investigates the current situation of C company’s procurement organization,procurement process,supplier management,etc.,and finds that C company has high inventory cost,unreasonable organizational structure and function,irregular procurement process,lack of supplier management and other problems in procurement management through investigation and data analysis,and in-depth analysis finds that the main reason is due to the lack of procurement plan of C company and weak information construction;The division of labor in procurement is not clear and the quality of personnel is uneven;Lack of process optimization management;Lack of strategic supplier management mechanisms.According to the actual situation of purchasing management,this paper puts forward some optimization measures,mainly including the reengineering of the procurement process,improve the organization structure and the management system of information building,the optimization of the procurement strategy,and the improvement of supplier management.Finally,the results of the procurement management improvement of Company C are summarized,and the total cost of Company C is reduced by optimizing the procurement management level of Company C,improving the efficiency of procurement management,stabilizing the supply chain,promoting the sustainable development of Company C,and enhancing the company’s market competitiveness.
