| With the reform of supply side structure in China,the problems of construction enterprises are gradually exposed,such as low labor productivity,serious waste in the process of construction,high cost,time delay,safety and quality accidents.Lean construction theory has obvious advantages in reducing the cost of construction projects,shortening the construction period,improving the quality and so on,but how the enterprises actually use lean construction theory has not been known.In view of this,it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation system to evaluate the lean construction ability of construction enterprises,and then provide ideas and reference for enterprises in improving the lean construction ability.The thesis studies from two aspects of evaluation index system and lean construction capability evaluation method,and constructs SEM-FCEM evaluation model.Firstly,it establishes lean construction capability evaluation system of construction enterprises,which includes five first level indexes and 18 second level indexes: Lean culture construction capability,lean tool use capability,lean procurement capability,lean construction capability and lean delivery capability Mark.Secondly,through the empirical analysis of SEM method,it proves the scientific validity of lean construction capability evaluation index system,and then normalizes the relevant indicators,taking the processed indicators as the specific indicators of the evaluation model,and finally evaluates the lean construction capability of construction enterprises through FCEM.In addition,this thesis selects a construction enterprise as a case study,uses the methods proposed in this paper to evaluate it,finds that the lean construction ability of the enterprise is weak,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the weak links.At the same time,it also provides the evaluation system and method for the construction enterprises to evaluate the lean construction ability. |
