With the rapid development of China’s green building,new technology,the successful use of new materials,traditional construction quality management model has been unable to meet the current demand for green building.Compared with the traditional architecture,the green construction introduces the theories of circular economy and low carbon economy.On the basis of meeting the owners’ requirements for quality,it realizes the organic unity of quality and economy as well as the environmental and social benefits.The core idea of lean construction is to define value and eliminate waste.It utilizes the pulling construction with Just-in-Time as its core and other management methods to thoroughly eliminate the quality influence factors from the administrative perspective and achieve the mutual advantageous supplement.From the start phase of construction quality management,the introduction of lean manufacturing from the building concept,combining green building construction quality management theory,put forward the concept of lean management of construction quality green building.Then use the value stream analysis construction quality management process,the quality of the value is defined,and the behavior of the main parties participating in the construction waste will be summarized to form a lean green building construction quality management strategy combines Lean construction management.Then use management strategies from external monitoring and internal management launched two preliminary constructed based on Lean Construction Green Building Construction Quality Management.Wherein the external monitor includes: forming a government quality supervision,quality inspection standards,green building evaluation criteria and project supervision of four parts.Internal management include: 1,the construction companies to build lean network-centric information sharing platform as a support layer,to facilitate the exchange of information the main parties involved in providing information to support the following dynamic management and executive level;2,is the use of "dynamic alliance " approach to the quality chain integration management,eliminate uncertainties among enterprises when mass transfer through the lean design and lean procurement management;3,is the implementation level,through the establishment of model and BP before summarizing the main parties and waste evaluation,identify the principal contradiction construction quality problems,just in time for the construction of the center,combined with pull operations,the final plan of lean management system,Kanban construction site 6S management,quality management for continuous improvement,until it reaches the one-time production molding construction products,zero defect goal.Finally,a multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation model combines SWAT Projects lean green building construction quality management simulation verification and evaluation.This paper will provide a new research idea for green construction quality management and at the same time it will promote the further application of lean construction in green construction.
