Research On Evaluation Of Infrastructure Construction Level In Development Zone Based On DEA Method

The infrastructure construction of the development zone is an important driving force for the economic development of modern cities.At present,whether the quantity and quality of infrastructure supply in the development zone can meet the needs of social production and social life has become one of the important indicators of the economic development level of the development zone.However,due to the different time of infrastructure construction in the development zone and uneven levels,the construction level remains to be discussed.Therefore,in-depth study of the infrastructure construction of China’s development zones,considering its state and level,can provide a scientific indicator system and quantitative methods for local government investment in the development of infrastructure development decision-making,which is to improve the infrastructure construction of the development zone.The level has important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis takes the infrastructure construction level of the development zone as the research object,according to the definition of the construction level,comprehensively analyzes the input and output factors of the infrastructure construction level of the development zone,and uses the classic DEA model to take the infrastructure of the four development zones in China.The construction data is taken as a sample to evaluate its construction level,and a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the individual differences and projections of the infrastructure construction levels of the four development zones.In view of the actual situation and existing problems of infrastructure construction in the development zone,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the infrastructure construction level of the development zone and create a better investment environment.The research shows that the overall efficiency of the infrastructure construction level of the four development zones in China is better in 2013-2017.From the results of projection analysis,the overall level of infrastructure construction in Tianjin Development Zone is very satisfactory,and the construction level of the other three development zones needs to be improved.It can be seen that in the future development of the development zone,it is necessary to scientifically plan and rationally allocate infrastructure investment according to the geographical advantages and specific development conditions of the development zone to further promote the sustainable development of the development zone.
