With the impact of Novel coronavirus pneumonia and the continuous decline of the domestic economy,China has begun to focus on the development of new infrastructure construction.“New Infrastructure” is guided by new development concepts,driven by technological innovation,based on information networks,and facing the needs of high-quality development,providing an infrastructure system that provides services such as digital transformation,intelligent upgrading,and integration innovation.It will introduce digitalization to construction companies and promote the rapid iteration of the entire construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the different opportunities and challenges that the “New Infrastructure” brings to construction companies to propose development strategies for construction companies to deal with the “New Infrastructure”,which will help construction companies adapt to the construction requirements and point the way under the new situation and achieve their own digital development.Taking the large state-owned construction companies whose main business is construction as the research object and studying the opportunities and challenges they face under the development situation of “New Infrastructure” are studied in the article.First,analyzing the current research status of new infrastructure construction and clearing the connotation of “New Infrastructure” by combing the development history of the concept of “New Infrastructure”,analyzing the components and characteristics of“New Infrastructure”,and clarifying the development situation of “New Infrastructure”at the same time are studied in the paper.Then,clarifying the specific relevance of“New Infrastructure” and construction enterprises is studied in the article.On the one hand,construction companies have a supporting role in the implementation of “New Infrastructure”.On the other hand,“New Infrastructure” has a guiding role in the development of construction companies.Secondly,clarifying the specific opportunities brought by the “New Infrastructure” to construction companies and the importance of different opportunities to construction companies are studied in the article.By analyzing the characteristics and nature of opportunities,article can determine the scope of opportunities for construction companies and discover two paths to find opportunities.On this basis,it is determined that under the development situation of "new infrastructure",construction enterprises are facing two types of opportunities: "’new infrastructure’ expands the market scale of construction enterprises" and "’new infrastructure’ provides technical support for construction enterprises".Then modifying and supplementing the specific opportunities through the expert survey method are studied in the paper.Finally,it clarifies the specific challenges brought by the “New Infrastructure” to construction companies.With the help of grounded theory,using NVIVO software to sort out,analyze,summarize and summarize the relevant materials about the challenges that the “New Infrastructure” brings to the construction enterprises.It is obtained that construction enterprises are mainly facing two types of challenges: "’New infrastructure’ raises the barriers to market entry for existing construction companies" and "’new infrastructure’ weakens the dominant position of construction enterprises’ traditional management techniques" under the development situation of the“New Infrastructure”.And specifically analyzing how different challenges affect construction companies is studied in the paper.On the basis of studying the opportunities and challenges faced by construction companies,proposing the development strategies of construction enterprises to respond to the “New Infrastructure” from three levels is studied in the paper: adapting to the“New Infrastructure” market,occupying the “New Infrastructure” market,and carrying out digital transformation.Paper also proposes safeguard measures from organization and system.The implementation of strategies and safeguard measures is to ensure that construction enterprises can smoothly integrate into the “New Infrastructure” market and realize their own digital transformation and upgrading.Thereby,construction enterprises could enhance the competitiveness and promote their own development.
