development,especially strategic management innovation,is the promotion of innovation activities from the macro level.The research content of this topic is to take TZ heavy industry enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of the management mode,innovation strategy,development status,internal and external environment of TZ heavy industry enterprises,to explore the internal and external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,and to explore the development strategy of traditional enterprises,so as to provide help and reference for the innovation and development paper is a typical heavy industry enterprise,which mainly provides complete sets of technical equipment,high-tech products and technical services for steel,electric
