Research On Spatial Characteristics And Construction Strategy Of Chronic Diseases Healing Landscape

Based on the interdisciplinary research status of medicine and landscape architecture,taking health as a bridge,this paper deeply discusses the internal relationship between landscape spatial,elements and rehabilitation needs of chronic diseases from the perspective of behavior and psychological needs of patients with chronic diseases.Puts forward the planning requirements and construction strategies of landscape spatial.Provide new thoughts of landscape environment to promote the rehabilitation of chronic diseases.On the basis of literature research in the past 30 years,through the establishment of research route framework and field investigation(Guilin Botanical Garden),this paper selects the spatial sample data of different landscape types and the survival rate change data of patients with chronic diseases(cancer)who participate series activities in landscape spatial.Uses FRAGSTATS,GIS and other technical to quantitatively analyze,verify and demonstrate the landscape spatial characteristics,factors and chronic disease prevention,healing activities,psychological changes,etc.As a landscape spatial to coordinate the relationship between human and nature,it can promote the health of the body,heart and ecological environment system of patients with chronic diseases.In different stages of early prevention,intervention treatment and psychological rehabilitation,the rehabilitation of chronic diseases also has different spatial and element needs for landscape.As a typical group of chronic patients,cancer patients burdened with more mental and economic pressure.So this paper makes a case study of this perspective.The landscape spatial characteristics of patients with chronic diseases participating in rehabilitation activities are related to time and psychological changes according to the survey.The longer the time,the more confident and more closed the spatial demand,which reflects the impact of landscape environment on the mental health of patients.In the early stage of participation,because of fear and uneasiness,they prefer group activity space with a certain sense of enclosure,such as semi open walkable woodland,which can form a certain line of sight barrier and enclosure as an ideal landscape spatial type.After a period of time,fear subsides and self-confidence increases.Patients can complete rehabilitation sports independently.They prefer private space with a strong sense of enclosure.Under the condition of ensuring safety,they could choose the forest with higher ecological benefits to meet the deep psychological needs.Relaxing and avoid being disturbed.For the patients who have long-term experience in rehabilitation activities,they often actively organize the exchange of popularization and rehabilitation experience which reflect the demand for public communication space.According to the land use,landscape zoning,tour route,natural ecological conditions and the characteristics of people’s activities,the rehabilitation effectiveness of landscape spatial pattern is classified.The specific types are corresponding to the needs of certain chronic disease patients.Combined with the concept of landscape space planning and construction,this paper puts forward the design principles and objectives of rehabilitation landscape space construction,and puts forward the optimization strategies for the existing landscape.It is of great significance for the establishment of a new green lifestyle and the improvement and self-healing of patients with chronic diseases in the harmonious coexistence with society and natural ecological environment.
