Study On The Use Of Healing Garden In Rehabilitation Institutions

Along with the development of society,a series of health problems such as"sub-health" and "aging" are seriously affecting the normal development of Chinese society.People gradually realize the relationship between health and natural ecological environment,and the healing garden has received more and more attention and attention.Previous studies have focused on the qualitative design of healing gardens in the outdoor environment of comprehensive medical institutions,and lack of quantitative research on the outdoor use status evaluation system of rehabilitation institutions with healing as the primary goal.This paper uses the gray analytic hierarchy process to try to construct a evaluation system for the use of healing gardens in rehabilitation institutions.The research evaluation system consists of three levels:the first level is the target level,which is the evaluation of the use status of the rehabilitation garden in the rehabilitation institution;The second layer is the criterion layer,which consists of four criteria factors:space environment,safety barrier-free,rehabilitation health care,and maintenance management;The third layer is the index layer,which consists of 21 index factors including space accessibility,spatial diversity,plant color and season.The study uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and determine the weight of each factor.The importance of obtaining safety and accessibility factors in the evaluation ranks first,followed by rehabilitation health factors and spatial environmental factors,and conservation management factors occupy the last position.Then,the methods and steps of comprehensive evaluation of healing gardens combined with gray theory,and the classification of comprehensive evaluation grades were proposed.The actual evaluation and verification were carried out by three rehabilitation institutions:Zhejiang Hospital Rehabilitation Center,Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Center and Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital.It is concluded that the gray comprehensive evaluation values of the target level of Zhejiang Hospital Rehabilitation Center,Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Center and Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital are 3.107,3,200 and 3.281,respectively,and the grades are Grade 3,Level 2 and Level 2.The evaluation levels of the 21 indicator layer factors are different.Under the comprehensive comparison,the rehabilitation garden of Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital has the best evaluation.This result is consistent with the actual situation obtained through the observation method.It proves that the evaluation system and method of healing gardens established by the gray level analysis method in this study has certain reliability and reference.It has guiding significance for the scientific design and planning of the outdoor environment of rehabilitation institutions.
