With the rapid development of service design,a single product cannot meet the diversified demands.The product begins to become carrier for realizing a certain function of the system and becomes a part of the system,so it is very important to design from a system perspective.This phenomenon is highlighted in the medical service industry.The arrival of the era of smart healthcare has made technological breakthroughs and the development of artificial intelligence are reshaping the traditional medical service model.However,focusing only on technological innovation does not provide patients with complete and quality medical services.Medical services that truly satisfy patients require systematic planning and design.Under such a circumstance,this article proposes to use service design thinking to guide the construction of chronic disease management system.Then a linear service process can be formed to build a three-dimensional service system based on the research of service touch points.Finally,a chronic disease management application is presented.This article is divided into four parts to explore the application design of chronic disease management based on service touch points.Firstly,this article provides an overview of service touch points and chronic disease management applications.It includes discussing the concepts,categories,and characteristics of service touch points and summarizing the process of building service touch points in the system.By analyzing the existing problems of the existing chronic disease management application products,the significance of introducing service design thinking and service touch points in the design process is clarified,and the design principle of chronic disease management application based on service touch points is summarized.Secondly,this article takes the autism chronic disease management process as an example to conduct user research.Through the quantitative research on the target users,the user data is obtained.Through the qualitative research on relevant users,the current status and requirements of the rehabilitation training for autistic children are analyzed.Finally,the non-participatory observation method is used to record users’ activity process,and the behavior trajectory of target users and stakeholders are sorted out.On this basis,the user portraits and related user portraits are depicted.Thirdly,this article conducts touch point analysis and construction of the autism chronic disease management process.By depicting the user experience map and the stakeholder map,the service process is analyzed in detail from the user process and the relationship between stakeholders,and the touch points in the autism chronic disease management process are mined.Based on the classification,screening and evaluation of touch points,it provides a basis for reshaping service touch points,and proposes a touch-point-based design strategy for chronic disease management.Finally,the design practice is completed by constructing the framework of the product system function by analyzing the user’s demand point.Through the four-image limit method,the user needs points are sorted and classified,which is transformed into product function points and functional modules are constructed.The overall design practice is completed and evaluated from low-fidelity prototype design to visual design of the interface.By combining theoretical research and practical cases,this article integrates service design with chronic disease management process.proposes industry integration innovation in medical service field through service design thinking,and uses service touch point as a tool to sort out the autism chronic disease management process.In this way.the touch points and a set of strategies for constructing touch points in the chronic disease management process were proposed.In theory,in the context of smart medical care.,the method of constructing service touch points in the chronic disease management process is proposed.This method can also broaden the construction of touch points in other fields.In practice,the application design of autism chronic disease management is completed.This article provides a reference for this type of application design.
