Study On The Optimization Of Territorial Spatial Layout Of County

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the layout of territorial space has changed dramatically,the contradiction among urban,agricultural and ecological space has intensified,and all these make the sustainable development of territorial space faces a serious crisis.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,how to optimize the territorial space layout and promote the coordinated development of urban,agricultural and ecological spaces have become major issues of common concern.Taking Chengcheng county in Shaanxi province as the research object,following the research logic of "space development suitability evaluation-space development protection problem identification-space layout optimization",firstly,this paper evaluates the suitability of territorial space in the study area,which provides the basis for the identification of territorial space conflicts and the optimization of spatial layout.Secondly,identify the problems of territorial space development and protection,then analyze the formation mechanism of the problem.first,using the coefficient of variation-TOPSIS method to evaluate the territorial space utilization efficiency.Second,use GIS spatial analysis technology to analyze the conflicts and the causes of conflicts among the present situation of territorial space and space suitability,the present situation of territorial space and spatial planning,and various types of space planning.Third,analyze the factors leading to the problems of territorial space development and protection,and analyzes the interaction mechanism among the factors.Finally,based on the suitability of territorial space and space development and protection problems,according to the bottom line control principle,all kinds of rigid protection space should be designated to ensure regional ecological security,food security and cultural relic security.On this basis,urban space is designated which can meet the reasonable construction needs,and then,function of remaining space is delimited,according to the suitability level and regional leading function.At last,the optimal zoning of territorial space are formed.Main conclusions :(1)The loess gully region is the key area of ecological protection and also the key area for restricting agricultural production.The distribution of coal resources and the goaf formed by mining are the main reasons for the lack of urban construction space in the study area.(2)The utilization efficiency of urban construction land is low as a whole,but the differences among towns are obvious.There are serious conflicts between agricultural production and ecological protection in the loess gully region.Urban construction conflicts are mainly the conflicts between built up areas and coal resource distribution areas,and conflicts between the mining land and the ecological protection areas.Natural conditions,economic development,development needs and planning guidance are the main factors leading to the problems of territorial space development and protection.When the unreasonable space development caused by three external guiding factors,namely economic development,development demand and planning guidance,breaks through the constraint of natural conditions,or the development scale exceeds the reasonable development demand,it will lead to problems in space development and protection.(3)After optimization,the territorial space is divided into three large space seven functional areas: the ecological space including the ecological red line area and the ecological control area,the agricultural space including the basic farmland protection area and the rural development area,and the urban space including the urban development area,the cultural relics protection area,and other construction areas.Then the paper puts forward the development focus of each function...
