Research On Territorial Space Utilization Efficiency Of Nanchang Metropolitan Region

Problems such as the disorderly expansion of territorial space and low resource utilization efficiency hinder the sustainable development of China’s social economy.It is of great significance to conduct research on the efficiency of territorial space utilization(TSUE)and to explore the problems existing in the use of territorial space to promote the efficient use of territorial space from the input-output perspective,optimize the pattern of territorial space,and ensure the stable operation of the social economy.The research constructed an evaluation index system of TSUE under the background of high-quality development,and used the Super-SBM-Undesirable to measure the TSUE in the Nanchang Metropolitan Region.And then,used the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)and the Improved Coupled Coordination Model to analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and coupling coordination status of TSUE.Finally,the factor detector was used to identify the main influencing factors of TSUE,and the Spatial Durbin Model was selected to explore the spatial effect of the main influencing factors of TSUE.The research has reached the following conclusions:(1)From 2005 to 2020,the urban space utilization efficiency of counties and the urban expansion rate showed a trend of change in the same direction,the urban space utilization efficiency continued to increase,and the gap between regions also continued to narrow.The agglomeration type of urban space utilization efficiency is dominated by High-High agglomeration,and the agglomeration intensity increases with time as a whole,so the spatial homogenization tendency of urban space utilization efficiency is strengthened.The efficiency of agricultural space utilization has been improved as a whole,but the changes in the efficiency of different counties are different,and the gap between regions is gradually widening.The spatial pattern of agricultural space utilization efficiency is relatively stable,the scale of changes in Low-High agglomeration and Low-Low agglomeration is small,the transformation of High-Low agglomeration to High-High agglomeration is the main change,and the agglomeration intensity of agricultural space utilization efficiency also increases with time.The overall efficiency of ecological space utilization has improved,but there are significant differences in efficiency changes among different counties,and the gap between regions is gradually widening.The spatial agglomeration types of ecological space utilization efficiency are mainly High-High agglomeration and Low-Low agglomeration,and the agglomeration intensity first increases and then weakens with time.(2)From 2005 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of the territorial space utilization efficiency of the Nanchang Metropolitan Region ranged from 0.458 to 0.848,and primary coordination and intermediate coordination were the main types of coordination.Overall,the coupling coordination degree of territorial space utilization efficiency in Nanchang Metropolitan Region declined slightly,the average coupling coordination degree dropped from 0.677 to 0.662,the number of types on the verge of imbalance and primary coordination increased,and the number of good coordination types decreased.In 2020,the proportions of primary coordination and intermediate coordination were 37.50% and 34.38%,respectively,and the proportion of good coordination was only 9.38%,indicating that there is still a large room for improvement in the coupling coordination level of the territorial space utilization efficiency of the Nanchang Metropolitan Region.(3)The regression results of the spatial Durbin model show that there are significant spatial effects in the utilization efficiency of urban space,agricultural space and ecological space.There is a significant spatial spillover effect,which promotes the efficiency of urban space utilization;the comprehensive urbanization rate,investment in scientific research and technology,and investment in pollution control have significant spatial spillover effects in the process of agricultural space utilization,but the nature of the effect is different.Inhibit the utilization efficiency of agricultural space,investment in scientific research technology and investment in pollution control promote the utilization of agricultural space;per capita GDP,comprehensive urbanization rate and investment in pollution control have significant spatial spillover effects in the process of ecological space utilization,urbanization development inhibits the efficiency of ecological space utilization,the level of economic development and investment in pollution control can promote the efficiency of ecological space utilization.
