Research On Production Design Of Main Outfitting Parts Based On 20500DWT Bulk Carrier

Bulk carrier is one of the three main ship types.Under the trend of global economic integration,bulk carrier market continues to expand,which plays an important role in economic development.At present,small bulk carriers of 20,000 to 27,000 ton are generally favored by the domestic market because of their good adaptability to different ports and flexible management.In the process of ship operation,whether the arrangement of outfitting parts is reasonable or not is related to the safety and convenience of the ship.Compared with large bulk carriers,they make it more difficult to arrange outfitting due to their small deck area.This article is based on the design and layout of main outfitting parts of a 20500 DWT bulk carrier built by a domestic shipyard.It mainly studies the mooring arrangement and anchoring arrangement,looking for appropriate selection and arrangement.It provides guidance and reference for the reasonable configuration and installation of main outfitting parts of the subsequent small bulk carriers.Anchoring and mooring arrangement is one of the main contents and difficulties of ship outfitting.In the current design process,there are relatively few reference materials for the design of anchoring and mooring systems for small bulk carriers,and designers from design institutes and shipyards mostly design based on experience.In the operation of this bulk carrier,there were problems such as unreasonable mooring and reversing angles,narrow operating space for a pair of mooring piles at the bow,and the anchor chain hitting the chain drum,which caused inconvenience.In view of the above problems,in the follow-up ship design,this article starts from the basic theory of mooring and anchoring,and selects the type of mooring equipment and anchoring equipment.The design of this ship is adjusted on the original design plan and compared with the original plan.The design of this ship calculates and analyzes the adjusted plan to solve the problems existing in the design,production and operation of small bulk carriers.The design of the ship has gone from basic theory and strength check to actual process principles and specific points,to make up for the loopholes in the design of small bulk carriers and solve the defects in the actual ship.It proposes a more reasonable mooring and anchoring arrangement plan under the condition of meeting the standards.Through the specific improvement of the ship,this article provides certain reference and guidance for the improvement of other small bulk carriers in the design and production.
