Vigorously promoting prefabricated concrete buildings is an inevitable trend to promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry,and it is also an inevitable demand for building an ecological civilization and a harmonious society.In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the State Council,various provinces and cities have successively introduced new policies and norms,and prefabricated concrete buildings have shown a good development trend.Prefabricated concrete building is a reinforced concrete structure building that hoists and assembles the reinforced concrete precast components produced by the factory at the construction site,which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,high comprehensive building quality and performance,short construction period and high production efficiency.Compared with the United States,Germany,Japan and other developed countries,China’s prefabricated concrete construction industry developed late,the market share is low,compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,the construction cost is higher,the main reason is that the cost of PC components is larger to increase the total cost of construction projects.Therefore,in order to accelerate the development process of prefabricated concrete buildings,it is of great practical significance to reduce the cost of PC components.Starting from the theoretical overview,this paper introduces the concepts of prefabricated building and PC components,and through the comparative analysis of the difference between the cost of traditional cast-in-place building and prefabricated concrete building,it is concluded that the cost of PC components mainly increases the construction cost of prefabricated concrete building.On this basis,34 initial factors affecting the cost of PC components of prefabricated concrete buildings are first identified and counted from five aspects:personnel,materials,machinery,technical methods and external environment through literature research method,and then the influencing factors are revised in combination with the expert interview method,and 25 factors affecting the cost of PC components of prefabricated concrete buildings are finally determined,and the final list of influencing factors is formed.The questionnaire was designed according to the final list of influencing factors,the original data results of the questionnaire were counted,the objective weight of the influencing factors was determined by principal component analysis(PCA)combined with SPSS software,and the influencing factors were reclassified into five aspects based on the division of principal components:design,production,transportation,construction and installation,and policy environment.Then,the questionnaire is designed again to use the DEMATEL method to determine the subjective weights of the influencing factors,and then combine the minimum relative information entropy method to obtain the subjective and objective comprehensive weights of the influencing factors and rank them.Finally,based on the analysis results,countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the cost of PC components of prefabricated concrete buildings are proposed from five aspects:production,design,policy environment,construction and installation,transportation.
