Research On Construction Management Of Passive Housing Project In Lu Shang Center

Passive ultra-low energy consumption building in China is in the early stage of development.With more and more areas carrying out passive residential project construction,how to better carry out project management in the process of passive housing construction has become an urgent problem to be solved.For the first passive ultra-low energy consumption residential project in Tai’an area and Lushang Center project,if the project management is not standardized,the management personnel are not experienced,and the work is not carried out systematically,the management and control in the construction process will not be in place.In order to improve the level of project management and ensure the procedure,standardization and systematization of the work in the construction process,based on the above research background and significance,this paper takes the passive residential project as the research object,takes the improvement of the construction management system of such projects as the goal,uses the method of integrated control management,and combines with the case of the passive residential project in Lushang Center project Project construction management system research,mainly done the following work:(1)Deeply studies the project management development of passive housing project,comprehensively analyzes the management research of passive residential project at home and abroad,and determines the theoretical model of the project construction management on this basis;(2)Discusses the current situation of passive residential project management,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems;(3)Focuses on the integrated control management of the schedule,cost and quality of the passive residential project in Lushang center.Through the existing problems of the project,the improvement measures are proposed,and the life cycle integrated management model is established;Passive housing is still in its infancy and development stage in China,and the project construction management system is not yet fully mature.As the first passive residential project in Tai’an City,project construction management plays an important role in the whole process of project construction.In this paper,through a comprehensive study on the construction process management of the passive residential project in Lushang Center project,from the perspective of the construction party,the systematic project management method is integrated into the key links involved in the project construction process,and the management measures and methods adopted are studied and verified,summarized and summarized to establish a more systematic and scientific management method.
