| With the development of economy and technology, architectural design is no longer just composed of simple "civil" structures as in the past, but a lot of materials, equipment, and technology have been added. While these equipment and materials improve the comfort of people’s living space, they are also accompanied by a large amount of energy consumption.Nowadays, people’s demand for buildings is getting higher and higher, and the total amount of building energy consumption and energy consumption intensity continue to increase."Building energy conservation and improving building energy efficiency" have become the consensus of all mankind.Under this consensus, passive ultra-low energy buildings have become one of the hotspots of concern from all walks of life after green buildings,low-carbon buildings, and sustainable buildings.Compared with traditional buildings, passive buildings have obvious advantages, which are mainly reflected in the win-win effect of energy saving and comfort. The design method of passive buildings is to reduce the dependence on external energy and mechanical equipment, rely on the optimization of the building itself and the natural external environment, and meet the requirements for people’s living comfort while saving energy as much as possible.Beginning with the introduction of passive house design concepts in my country in 2009,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of my country and the Ministry of Transport,Architecture and Urban Development of Germany have worked together to explore passive ultra-low energy buildings suitable for different climate environments and building forms in my country. After that, the country and various regions have successively promoted this type of building, issued passive ultra-low energy design standards, and built a large number of demonstration projects.Relatively speaking, the research on passive ultra-low energy buildings in Xuzhou has just begun, and the development is still relatively weak. This article starts from the design concept of passive ultra-low energy buildings, and gradually advances the analysis and research from the development of buildings, design standards,energy-saving design methods, and then to the optimization of key technologies.First of all, starting from the current relevant technical standards at home and abroad, sum up the theory and practical experience of passive ultra-low energy buildings at home and abroad.By analyzing the current status of energy consumption of residential buildings in Xuzhou,we summarize the obstacles to the impleme ntation of passive ultra-low energy buildings in Xuzhou at this stage, that is,the lack of professional popularization work and the development of related industries, perfect design standards and construction technology. And put forward corresponding development strategies for the future development of passive ultra-low energy buildings in Xuzhou.Secondly, through field investigation, computer software simulation and other methods, based on Xuzhou’s geographic location and climatic conditions, the overall design of the building, the thermal performance of the envelope structure, shading and lighting, etc.are analyzed, and it is proposed that it is suitable for Xuzhou to develop passive ultra-low energy Energy-saving design methods for houses. Finally, take the existing energy-saving residences in Xuzhou City as the simulation object, use computer software to simulate the energy consumption throughout the year, study the influence of the envelope structure on the energy saving of the building, and propose an optimized combination of envelope structures suitable for passive ultra-low energy consumption residences in Xuzhou, and Simulate verification through design cases. |
