In today’s society,my country’s economic development goals have changed from high-speed development to high-quality development,and the construction industry must also adapt to the requirements of economic development.As a kind of green building,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of green environmental protection,resource saving,and convenient construction compared with traditional buildings.However,many quality risk problems still occur during the construction process,such as the inadequate review of drawings,Insufficient quality of structural parts and imperfect technical equipment will affect the overall quality of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,scientific and effective prefabricated building quality risk assessment research is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.In this paper,by consulting and researching domestic and foreign prefabricated buildings related literature,combined with the special construction methods of prefabricated buildings,based on the analysis of prefabricated building theory and quality risk theory,the quality risk of prefabricated buildings in the whole construction process is identified And use cloud model theory to evaluate and study the quality risk of the whole process of prefabricated building.First,use the literature research method to identify the quality risk factors of prefabricated buildings in the whole process,and then use the DEMATEL method to screen out the key quality risk factors,so as to construct the whole process involving prefabricated building design,component production,transportation,construction and other stages.Quality risk evaluation index system.Secondly,on the basis of the prefabricated building quality risk evaluation index system,the improved analytic hierarchy process and the unfolding method are combined to calculate the combination weight.The improved analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out the subjective weighting of indicators,to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional analytic hierarchy process,and the pull-out method is used to objectively weight the indicators,and the subjective and objective weights are integrated through the ideal point method.Then determine the standard cloud map according to the comment set,and substitute the combined weights into the evaluation cloud parameters to obtain a comprehensive cloud.After comparing with the evaluation standard cloud map,the risk level of the quality of the prefabricated building is obtained,and the similarity calculation is further verified to complete the prefabricated building Evaluation of quality risks in the whole process.Finally,combined with engineering examples,the cloud model is used to evaluate the quality risk of the project in the whole process,determine its quality risk evaluation level,obtain the overall quality risk evaluation level of the project,and propose corresponding rectification measures,with a view to follow-up assembly Lay the foundation for research on building quality risks.
