The ew construc tion method of assembled construction improves the working conditions on construction sites mainly through the factory production of components and the mechanization of construction and installation.However.at this stage,assembled construction is still in its early stages,the domestic market is developing more slowly compared to developed countries such as France and the UK,and a complete construction industry chain has still not been formed.In this context,an in-depth analyis of the bene fits of assembled buildings as a whole has certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of assembled buildings.In this context,an in-depth analysis and discussion of the overall benefits of asseembled buildings has a certain practical guidance role in promoting their deelopmentFrom the perspective of government departments,this paper takes the assembled building project as the research object and the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project as the research content,and the main results achieved include.(1)Summarize and study the concepts and theories related to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of assembled buildings.By analyzing the common index assignment methods and comprehensive evaluation models,a suitable scientific evaluation method is selected for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of assembled buildings,which also lays the foundation for the subsequent research.(2)A complete set of comprehensive benefit is constructed.This thesis analyzed the connotation of the overall benefit evaluation of assembled buildings,determined its objectives and subjects,and conducted a large amount of literature research using literature sources to establish a preliminary evaluation index system.screen them,and sort them out and summarize them to finally form a comprehensive evaluation index system;then,the comprehensive weights of evaluation indexes were calculated by combining hierarchical analysis and entropy weight method;finally,the cloud model was used to realize the conversion of qualitative and quantitative,and the comprehensive evaluation grade was established by drawing a comprehensive cloud diagram and calculating the affiliation degree.(3)Empirical test and application of comprehensive benefit evaluation model for assembly building projects.This thesis takes the 6#building of a plot project as an example and evaluates it by using the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation model.The comprehensive benefit level cloud diagram generated by MATLAB software is compared with the evaluation grade standard cloud diagram,and the comprehensive benefit grade of this assembly building project is obtained between average and good,and this result is approximately the same as the actual situation.(4)In this thesis,on the development platform of Win10,MATLAB software is applied and techniques such as control and call functions in GUI are used to establish a comprehensive benefit evaluation system applied to the assembled building,and it is verified with specific cases,which increases the effectiveness of the work of relevant government departments.
