With the continuous development of power system towards informatization,intelligence and standardization,and the increasing scale and capacity of power grid,the traditional power dispatching and monitoring system of power companies has low performance and excessive dependence on manual operation,which can no longer meet the increasing needs of power monitoring business and the current requirements of power grid security risk management and control,Therefore,the power company needs to develop a new generation of power dispatching monitoring system,so that the internal relevant personnel can do a better job of power dispatching monitoring and control the real-time situation of power system operation more efficiently,which can provide data support for the future monitoring business development of the power company and guide it to lean and intelligent development.The system software is mainly based on Browser / server architecture mode(hereinafter referred to as B / S architecture),using Windows system,Java language as the development language of the system,and structured query language server 2018(hereinafter referred to as SQL Server 2018)as the database development software.The overall development process of the power dispatching monitoring system of Liangshan electric power company designed in this thesis is to determine the technical scheme,tools and platform according to the business needs,develop the functional design of each sub module based on the overall scheme,debug and analyze the operation state of the integrated system,and verify whether the test results meet the initial design requirements.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,analyzes the research status at home and abroad from different aspects,points out the improvement of domestic monitoring system,and determines the research direction and main content of this thesis.(2)Secondly,the functional and non functional requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed.The main functional requirements include system management,data acquisition,data processing and alarm functions.The non functional requirements to adapt to the development of smart grid are pointed out.(3)Then,the design mainly includes system architecture design,security design,interface design and system function module design.The design process of each module is displayed through flow chart,function module diagram and other forms,and the information of each key node and the main design content are described.(4)Finally,in the system implementation and testing stage,the system login,information input,system monitoring,alarm and remote control functions are introduced.The testing stage mainly focuses on the function application and operation performance.Under the same testing environment,the operation business and access are gradually increased,and the test results are obtained.The power dispatching and monitoring system designed in this thesis is based on the growing smart grid,which can realize the digital collection of substation power equipment operation data.It has the functions of centralized monitoring and unattended management of substation,which can meet the development of intelligent monitoring business,and realize the expansion functions of key data comprehensive analysis and intelligent prediction alarm,Relevant data can be called at any time,with the conditions of interconnection with other systems of the power company,and can be used by professional personnel of the power company.Effectively improve the monitoring efficiency of monitoring personnel,improve the standardization of Liangshan power grid monitoring business management,and ensure the safe and stable operation of Liangshan power grid.
