The paper's main research direction is to realize the structure and the functions of intelligent substation supervisory control,the use of computer,network and communication means,the design scheme of a monitoring system was put forward.Firstly illustrates the research background and significance of intelligent substation,the research history and present situation at home and abroad,the deficiency of traditional substation was pointed out and the superior of the smart substation was led.The development of online monitoring technology present situation and the application in the smart substation were introduced.However,the increasing size of power grid,intelligent substation on the reliability,stability,sensitivity,speed and accuracy of data acquisition and every aspect of monitoring system's requirements are particularly high.Therefore,this article on how to design a more efficient,reliable to meet the requirements of the current power grid data acquisition and monitoring system were studied and discussed.In Lu Nan substation as an example,this article presents the first part,two part,scheduling and communication of intelligent substation,enable us to have a broad understanding of intelligent substation.Finally,the function of the intelligent substation was introduced,this shows the importance of intelligent substation to the smart grid.This article emphatically introduces the equipment of data monitoring system of Smart Substation,the hardware design and flow chart of online monitoring system is given,and the design reason and significance.The main interface and structure diagram of the intelligent substation monitoring system are presented,and the preliminary design scheme of the state monitoring system is presented..The hardware design of monitoring was presented,and a design scheme of software model was put forward,which uses the modular design.With the modular programming method,the monitoring system is divided into a plurality of modules,each module of the software design uses the C++ object-oriented programming ideas,and then find the corresponding function implementation tools to complete the design.Also,the design flow chart,programming code and some examples were given.Finally,the function of the design module is detected,and the function of the design is verified in the application.Finally,I summarize all the work of this thesis,and make a reasonable prospect on the development of intelligent substation data acquisition and monitoring system.
