Safety tools and instruments are important basic tools in the daily maintenance of power system in power enterprises,which are mainly used to provide safety protection and maintenance auxiliary functions for managers.The informatization of safety tools management business is of great significance to improve the level of business informatization of electric power enterprises,so domestic electric power enterprises attach great importance to the development of safety tools management software.In order to solve the problem of lack of supporting software management tools in business management,this thesis designs and implements a set of safety tools management system based on Java technology,Android App technology and Oracle database technology.The system includes two functions of PC end and APP end,which provide corresponding business management services for safety tool managers and users respectively.It can realize the automation and digitalization of safety tool management business.In the research work,first of all,the current situation of safety tool management information in domestic and foreign power enterprises is analyzed,and according to the business development status and problems of the company,the development needs and objectives of the system are put forward.The system functions are divided into two parts: PC end and APP end,and the detailed needs analysis is carried out respectively.Secondly,the selection and analysis of the technology and tools of the system are carried out,and the overall technical scheme and development process of the system are defined.According to the technical selection of the system,the overall technical scheme,PC end functional scheme,APP end functional scheme,data interaction scheme,database,etc.are designed and inspected in detail to provide a reference for the realization of the system.Finally,the PC end and APP end of the system are coded to show part of the function operation interface.At the same time,the test environment and methods of the system are analyzed.The PC and APP end of the system are tested and analyzed from two aspects of function and performance,and the expected requirements and objectives of the system function and performance are achieved.The safety tools management system could upgrade the function of the original management software through the PC end,and provides convenient two-dimensional code scanning service for users by using the APP end,so as to improve the collection and return efficiency of safety tools.Therefore,the application of the system can effectively improve the efficiency of the company’s safety tool management business,and provide technical solutions for other power enterprises,with high practical significance.
