Design And Implementation Of Storage Management System Of Municipal Power Company

The material management mode based on supply chain has been popularized in domestic power system,and warehousing management is one of the important business.As for material management informatization,most domestic power supply companies still mainly use the previous software version,resulting in system function and business mismatch,low management efficiency and other issues.For warehousing management,the research and development of supporting software tools is an important part of the information management of material supply chain in power supply enterprises all over the country.Based on the information requirement of material warehousing management of Liangshan Power Supply Company,a warehousing management system is designed and implemented by using Java Web technology and RFID technology,according to the actual management method and mode of warehousing business of the company.Firstly,the current situation of warehouse management informationization at home and abroad,and the related concepts and technology models of supply chain and its informationization are analyzed in this thesis;the above work established the research and development technology model of warehouse management system.Secondly,aiming at the material warehousing management business in Liangshan Prefecture,the inspects of the specific business content,management process,information status and problems,and puts forward the function,interaction and performance requirements of the warehousing management system are analyzed in this thesis.Based on the results of business analysis and system requirement analysis,the overall design and detailed design of the technical scheme of the warehouse management system are carried out.The functional model system and the overall network topology of the system are analyzed as follow.The material information is automatically managed on the warehouse site by using RFID technology,hardware and communication technology,and the software of the system is designed.The function modules are designed and analyzed in detail,and the database design method and design results of the system are described.According to the technical scheme design of warehouse management system,Java Web technology and Oracle database are used to develop and analyze the functions in detail,including RFID functional system,software functional modules and so on.At the same time,the testing work of the system is introduced,and we verified and analyzed the system from two aspects of function and performance,and obtained that the system meets the expected development standards.Warehousing management system is an important component of the information system of material supply chain business of Liangshan Power Supply Company.The application of the system has achieved the expected goal,realized the comprehensive coverage of warehousing management business based on supply chain,improved the automation level of warehousing business,and promoted the comprehensive management efficiency of the company.
