In the power tool storage management business of Panzhihua Power Supply Company,due to the lack of supporting management software,problems such as high manual participation,low informatization level,and management errors are prone to occur.In order to improve the efficiency of the warehouse management business of power tools,the company proposed the research and development task of power tool management system.In this thesis,the power tool management system is designed and developed,Based on the Internet of things technology,supported by RFID(radio frequency identification)technology,the system is designed and implemented by using Java,Oracle and other software technologies.In the research,the development background of the system was first analyzed,the current power tool warehouse management business status was investigated,the activity model of business management was established,and the functional development goals of the system were analyzed through UML(Uniform Model Language)use case diagram technology,and the hardware and performance of the system were introduced.Then,according to the order from overall to partial,the overall design ideas of the system are investigated and analyzed,and the topological structure of the system is constructed.And the system is divided into three functional packages: handheld terminal management,wireless monitoring and business management,and tool room background data management.On this basis,the logic flow and Java class structure of each functional package are designed and analyzed using Java design technology.According to the data application environment of the system,the data conceptual structure of the system is analyzed,and the data table structure is designed and analyzed according to the technical standards of the Oracle database.According to the design of the system’s function scheme,using UML sequence diagram technology,the internal function realization logic flow and the calling relationship of the Java class structure are analyzed,the core function code is examined,and the running interface of the system is displayed.Finally,based on automated software testing tools and testing theory,the system is simulated and tested from the perspective of functions and performance to verify the development results of the system.Finally,the system meets the expected development requirements.Through the application of this system,the degree of manual participation in the storage management business of power tools can be reduced,and the workload and management errors of management personnel can be reduced.At the same time,a unified and integrated business data collection is established.Therefore,the automation level of business management can be promoted,and the efficiency and quality of power tool storage business management can be improved.
