| With the rapid development of the construction industry,a large number of buildings with complex shapes have emerged in the city.The special-shaped building skin and complex building space have brought greater difficulties to the layout of the curtain wall.Due to the irregular shape of the curved surface wall of the special space,the engineering construction process of the curved wall of the special space is very complicated.Traditional design methods make it difficult for the construction of special-shaped curved curved wall projects to carry out work efficiently and with high quality.With the rapid development of information technology,the emergence of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has provided new design methods and ideas for the construction industry.BIM technology has been used more and more in various projects in the construction industry.The application of space curved curtain wall engineering is still relatively few.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to carry out the research on the parametric design of curved surface walls with irregular shapes and the system application method in the construction phase.This article takes Guangzhou Henderson Center project as the research object,and studies the application of BIM and parametric design in actual engineering.First,the analysis of Guangzhou Henderson Center’s curtain wall modeling logic was performed to confirm the accurate and efficient parametric modeling method of the special-shaped curved surface curtain wall.Secondly,the parameterization tools Rhino and Grasshopper plug-in are used to determine the parameterized computing nodes to complete the division of the irregular space curved curtain wall mesh.The BIM software Revit is used to assign model parameters to the curtain wall mesh and create a curtain wall solid model to create a parameterization that meets the construction requirements.model.Finally,the C #language is used for the secondary development of Revit software to provide a quick way for deepening the curtain wall design.The example verification shows that the design of the special-shaped curved surface curtain wall through the BIM parameterization technology can achieve high controllability,high execution power and logical rigorous parameterized control,and realize the rapid and accurate creation of the information model of the special-shaped curved surface wall.Traditional manual modeling is more efficient and accurate.Based on the parametric modeling results of the special-shaped curved surface wall.Through the information transfer of Revit,complete the detailed construction drawing design of the special-shaped curved surface curtain wall,extract the accurate component processing data,and accurately calculate the curtain wall engineering volume.Finally,use the simulation function of Navisworks to simulate the installation process of curtain wall components.Through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are reached:component correlation technology makes designing and changing drawings faster;accurate parameterized information transmission can accurately complete component statistics and improve component processing efficiency to avoid material waste;construction simulation technology can provide optimal construction The plan thus improves the accuracy and quality of the construction. |
