Research On The Design Of Community Micro-agriculture Service Under The Perspective Of "Internet+"

Communities become the most densely populated areas,so the community is called home by people living in many cities.However,the indifference of neighborhood relations in the community,so that people living in the "home" do not feel the real warmth.In the other hand,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for fruits and vegetables rises from quantity to variety and quality.People want to eat fresh,healthy fruits and vegetables in a variety of ways.On the other hand,the residents of the community are confined to the enclosed community space of reinforced concrete,and they have a more urgent need and desire for the interactive ecological social environment,which makes the nursery rhymes of "planting melons and beans in front of the House and behind it",has become a dream lifestyle for urbanites.If the community agriculture wants to have the long-term vitality,needs to rely on "the internet + " the technical support,infuses the fresh blood for this project’s development."Internet +" technology helps communicate offline community relationships online.Use Technology to reduce the cost of communication,diversify services,and make it possible to implement new services.At the same time,the "Internet+" brings timely technology to cultivate user’s habit of timely feedback.Collect user big data feedback,adjust and update the content and manner of service.The idea and method of service design can realize the communication and circulation of people and things,and help the community micro-agriculture to operate better.The research of service design in this paper is helpful to alleviate the problem of urban community metabolism,set up a new concept of urban community greening,and construct a new type of ecological community under the view of "Internet + ".This topic bases on the Internet technology and the Internet of things technical innovation,take "the internet + " as the platform,tries to use the service design pattern.Through field observation,questionnaire,interviews and other forms of community agricultural development status,scale,community residents of cognition,acceptance,needs and other views collected.The data collected from the questionnaire are described visually,and the user profile is drawn according to the interview information,and the user needs map is completed.On this basis,typical personas of the service design are created and service scenarios are constructed.The service blueprint is drawn from the perspective of background process analysis,and the user journey map is drawn from user experience process.Based on the frame analysis of Investigation and service design,"Internet + " is taken as the technical support,and "field fun APP" is used as the carrier to develop the agricultural products around the APP.In addition,the social evaluation criteria are set up to protect the long-term development of the service design from four aspects: fluency evaluation,operation benefit evaluation,participant acceptance evaluation and participant experience evaluation.In order to promote the development of community agricultural service design,this paper puts forward the operation mode of double service crowd.The focus is on the community as well as on the service provider.Both of the two groups are user groups of community micro-agricultural service design.The two kinds of users pursue different value meanings in the platform: The residents pursue the community service,and the service people pursue the economic income.Two kinds of users to complement the pursuit of the formation of complementary needs of a virtuous circle of cooperation.The core of service design is to take the user as the center and pay attention to the user’s experience in the whole process of service.Before and during the design and construction of the service,we pay attention to the users’ needs,design and improve the content and the way of the service from the touch point,aim at providing better service,and promote the long-term vitality of the operation of the model.This topic takes the community agriculture as the breakthrough point,promotes the mutual cooperation between the community and the agricultural base,reduces the risk for the agricultural base,the innovation income,builds the harmonious,the green healthy community atmosphere for the community.In order to take a tentative step for the development of community agriculture,more and more scholars and social service practitioners pay attention to it: to construct a new type of micro-agricultural community by service design.To explore the realization of social value,environmental value,economic value and cultural value of community micro-agriculture service design system.
