| With the rapid development of urbanization in my country,a large number of social problems have become prominent, including the lack of community culture, alienation of interpersonal relationships, and the single supply mode of community agricultural products, which forces us to consider the necessity of the existence and upgrading of community gardens. In the past, the research on community gardens was limited to landscape, architectural design, single planting equipment or commercial space, ignoring the basic planting needs and community management needs of ordinary community residents, resulting in empty design content and poor sustainability of design results. And other issues. Therefore, from the perspective of service design, this paper firstly explores the production and service elements of community gardens through the research, comparison and analysis of service design theories, tools and related cases of community gardens at home and abroad.Secondly, taking the teaching and staff dormitory community of Qingdao University Fushan Campus as an example, using service design and related methods and tools to investigate the environment, people, and garden status of the teaching and staff dormitory community,to identify the current problems, and through in-depth interviews and analysis.Field observation, using the PSP(Person-Scenes-Paths)analysis method to sort out the existing community garden planting experience process and needs of the faculty dormitory community. Then, using co-creation activities, the design points of the community garden service system are determined, and the detailed service system design is carried out. Finally,a community garden service system for faculty dormitory communities was built, and a digital ecological service system that effectively improved the management and service efficiency of community gardens was built, including four product designs of software and hardware to optimize the service experience.Based on the differences in the roles, scenarios and needs of different stakeholders, this paper explores the way out of community gardens in "welfare housing" communities with unclear property rights from a systematic and global perspective, and designs specific community garden services. The system and supporting software and hardware product design plans have built a diversified community garden service content, promoted the interpersonal integration of the community, enriched the community culture, and created a new model of urban community gardens integrating production, life and ecology. |
