| The information transfer and interaction between traffic signs and drivers is a complex process,it’s an indispensable and extremely important part of road traffic human-machine environment system information.Reasonable traffic sign information content can induce drivers to obtain road traffic environment information efficiently,accurately and timely,so as to make timely adjustment to driving operation.The previous research group found that more than 80% of grassland highways in Inner Mongolia have the problem of unreasonable traffic sign information setting.The lack or overload of traffic sign information will have a load on drivers’ visual recognition and cognition,which will seriously affect drivers’ driving work.In this thesis,the information content of traffic signs and road alignment are taken as the main control variables through indoor driving simulation test.Combining the basic theories of traffic engineering,ergonomics,informatics,psychology and physiology,based on the driver’s eye movement behavior characteristics and surface EMG characteristics.From the perspective of driver eye movement behavior characteristics,surface EMG characteristics and driver temperament type,influence of traffic sign information on drivers’ eye movement behavior and surface electromyography(EMG)was studied and analyzed under two plane alignment conditions of grassland highway: straight line and curve.This thesis proposes the temperament types of drivers who are sensitive to surface electromyography signals when recognizing and recognizing the information content of grassland highway traffic signs.Study and establish the relationship model of traffic sign information amount,driver eye movement behavior and surface electromyography on grassland highway.Finally,the optimal information range of traffic signs related to the information is summarized.This study can provide theoretical reference for the safety of traffic sign setting and the optimization of the existing design codes under the two kinds of linear conditions of grassland highway section and curve section.At the same time,it is of practical significance to the risk perception and driving skill training of drivers.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)When driving under the conditions of straight line and curve of grassland highway,generally mucous subjects had the strongest surface EMG response,while generally sanguine subjects had the weakest surface EMG response.(2)The average fixation duration and sconce duration of information acquired and processed by drivers were significantly correlated with the surface EMG of the sternocleidomastoid muscle of the neck when drivers were driving on grassland highway under two plane linear conditions,namely,straight line and curve.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck,triceps brachii in the arm and tibialis anterior muscle in the leg of drivers and the amount of traffic sign information on grassland highway.In addition,when drivers drive on grassland highway under two plane linear conditions,straight line and curve,only AEMG among the five commonly used surface EMG indexes is closely related to the amount of traffic sign information on grassland highway,and there was a significant positive correlation.(4)When driving on the straight section of grassland highway,the intensity of eye movement and surface EMG of drivers as well as their fluctuation degree are much higher than those of drivers on curve road.(5)Considering the variation of drivers’ eye movement behavior characteristics and surface EMG characteristics,it is suggested that the range of traffic sign information should be 10<bits≤30bits/km for both straight and curved sections of grassland highway. |
