The Research On The Production Management Mode Of V Company Based On Modularization

China’s manufacturing industry has been facing huge transformation challenges since 2016.Manufacturing costs have risen year by year.More and more manufacturers have migrated their production units to Southeast Asian countries.The deeper reason is that traditional manufacturing methods can no longer meet the development requirements of enterprises,which prompts enterprises to break through the bottleneck of existing production methods and constantly look for better production methods.In recent years,modular production has been favored by more and more manufacturers,and this production method has been verified in many large automobile manufacturers.This production method takes customer demand as the guide,takes the lowest manufacturing cost as the goal,and brings customers satisfactory products.At the same time,it has greatly improved in inventory management,material management,and delivery time.This article gives an overview of various production methods related to modularization,analyzes the impact of modular production from customer needs,and conducts research on the application of V company modular production.The research selects three departments of V company factory as the research objects,and applies the concept of modular production in these three departments: the design department applies FBS model and BOM model to modularize and integrate products;the supply chain applies the agile procurement and large-scale procurement to allocate materials and conduct the supply chain mode based on the modular design;the production department uses modular materials to guide the production,so that the specific application of modular production can be quickly clarified.Finally,according to the specific problems faced by V company in the application of modular production,some solutions are proposed,including measures to deal with unreasonable modular production data,measures to improve the supplier’s modular adaptability,and team training for modular production,as well as the measures used by the company to continuously improve and solve problems during the production and operation of the company using the PDCA cycle tool.The research provides countermeasures and suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to carry out transformation strategies,implement strategies,and methods of developing preliminary production management.
