Research On The Landscape Puzhehe Seniorcare Community

The aging of the population has become a prominent social problem in the future development of our country.The interaction between the continuous growth of the aging population and the miniaturization of the family structure makes the traditional pension model in our country unsustainable.The elderly-caring community,as an important carrier that can provide a series of elderly-caring service and support the basic life of the elderly,is an effective supplement to the single traditional elderly-caring model in this country.The Puzhehei area in Yunnan has a beautiful environment and unique natural condition.At the same time,many young laborers go out to work,making "how to guarantee the local elderly a proper lifestyle" a social problem that needs to be solved urgently in Puzhehei.Therefore,the author selected this area to carry out the design and research practice of the elderly care community,in order to build a functional community where the elderly can support their lives based on making good use of the local natural conditions.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction which mainly discusses the research background,domestic and foreign research status,and the practice of landscape design of senior care communities at home and abroad through the literature research method,and expounds the research content,research methods and research objectives of the thesis.The second part analyses the living environment of the elderly in Puzhehei area and the necessity of establishing a retirement community.By explaining the peculiarities and differences of the Puzhehei elderly population,it has been verified that Puzhehei area is an excellent choice for the establishment of elderly care communities.The third part starts from the two perspectives of the life needs and necessary conditions of the Puzhehei elderly-caring community.Through the five-sense design,it strives to meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly at the same time and bring good community life experience to the elderly.The fourth part is the practice of environmental landscape design in Puzhehei elderly-caring community.Combining the principle and functionality of the design,through greening design,service facility design,traffic flow design,safety facility design,barrier-free environment design,parking space design and other detailed design,it shows an “elderly-centred” landscape space.The fifth chapter is a summary of the landscape design methods of the elderly community.It explains how to use landscape elements to grasp the user experience,adjust the community environment,ensure the physical and mental health of the elderly,and improve the life quality for the elderly.
