| The advantages of prefabricated residences are the short construction period,low requirements for the built environment,and good quality,which are consistent with the development concept of contemporary architecture.At present,in order to promote the development of prefabricated residential buildings,China is actively promulgating relevant standards and regulations for prefabricated buildings.However,the development of prefabricated residential buildings has been hindered by excessive construction costs.How to reduce costs is of great significance to the implementation and application of prefabricated residential buildings.The thesis starts with the analysis of the construction cost of prefabricated residential buildings to achieve the purpose of cost optimization,and mainly does the following work:Firstly,through the literature research,the macroscopic analysis of the development status of prefabricated residential buildings at home and abroad is obtained,and the necessity of optimizing the cost of prefabricated residential buildings in the whole process is obtained.Secondly,through more than half a year’s internship survey in the prefabricated component factory and more than two months’ internship survey at the prefabricated residential building construction site,learn about the process of prefabricated residential building cost generation and the problems in cost control.Discussion and research on reducing the cost of prefabricated residential buildings.Thirdly,collect the relevant data of the prefabricated shear wall structure housing completed in the past two years,use BP neural network to establish the unilateral cost prediction model of prefabricated shear wall housing,and test the applicability of the model.Optimize each index,take targeted measures,combine the sequential replacement method to measure the size of each factor’s cost change in order,and achieve the purpose of cost optimization.Finally,taking the newly built prefabricated shear wall structure as an example,the unilateral cost prediction model is used to predict the unilateral cost of the project,and then the optimal plan is proposed based on the design standardization degree,the efficiency of the operator,the site layout plan,and the level of the project manager and construction personnel to verify the feasibility of cost optimization programs. |
