In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the real estate industry has become China's a very important part in economic growth. Real estate construction at present, China mainly in the form of cast-in-situ concrete is given priority to, but change of the pattern in the government to promote construction, enhance the level of industry science and technology and promoting the construction of two type social policy environment, housing industrialization gradually became the mainstream trend of the future residential development and construction, this article refers to refers to the industrialized housing built residential industrialization way, the purpose is to improve construction speed and in the process of building the resource saving and environmental protection as much as possible. In design phase, prefabricated housing structure YJK and PKPM is calculated with the present structure of the main structure of two kinds of modeling and calculation software.Aiming at the present in the design phase of prefabricated house to use the software to calculate the two most common jianke and PKPM(company), with a layer of 33 parts prefabricated shear wall residential basis for practical engineering background, mainly carried out the following work and research:(1)respectively by using PKPM and YJK for structure modeling and structure calculation, comparing these two kinds of calculation software in calculation under the same working conditions of engineering and the unified load(site conditions, environmental categories and suffered exactly the same) structure software to calculate the target displacement of each major structural aseismic safety than, than, the difference of interlayer displacement Angle and explore the reasons for difference calculation.(2)Based on the orthogonal design theory, with quadratic orthogonal design method is investigated four safety index factors: cycle, displacement ratio, interlayer displacement Angle, shear weight ratio on the structural displacement and structure design for the future researchers chose structure design software for structural design and seismic safety provides certain guiding significance to the design.(3)Will this project respectively by YJK software PKPM software modeling and calculation, in ensuring the project model under the premise of safety, after calculation contrast two software in the project is part of cast-in-situ reinforced situation, at the same time by using the finite element software MIDAS GEN for modeling and stress calculation of this project, according to the results of the project reinforced cast-in-place parts on hand. As a benchmark, the surplus jianke software and comparison and analysis of the reinforcement results of PKPM software, to explore the two software when calculating the same project differences over the total component reinforcement. And then to optimize the design of the project of the economy.(4)Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) has to part is difficult to quantify the structure of processing economic advantage in the analysis of influence factors, research and analysis, the dosage of steel bar, concrete dosage, feasibility of construction quality and construction workers experienced four indexes influence on economy structure.Through the above work, will give the structural engineer in the future when choosing structure software was used to model the structure to provide the reference. At the same time, by comparing the software parts prefabricated housing cast-in-situ reinforcement results, can improve the structure of the prefabricated part of cast-in-situ steel quantity. As much as possible to make the project in the design stage can be as more as possible to save resources, reduce the economic cost of the project. At the same time, for part of prefabricated shear wall structure to offer reference to the further research and application.
