Study On The Application Of Yangzhou Cultural Characteristic Elements In Catering Space Design

In recent years,with the rapid development of the catering industry,the catering space has gradually become a window to show regional culture and folk customs.However,in terms of the current situation in China,although there are many brand restaurants growing,but mostly franchise-style restaurants,the whole design has been solidified,so when entering the new market environment,and can not be well accepted by local consumers.Only by applying local regional cultural elements into the design of dining space can customers have excellent consumption experience.In this paper,the application of Yangzhou cultural characteristic elements in catering space design is taken as the research perspective,and the theory of semiotics is taken as the theoretical support for the research.The application of Yangzhou cultural characteristic elements in catering space is specifically studied,hoping to come up with a new perspective to think about the design of catering space.At the same time,for Yangzhou culture,this theory can be used to apply the characteristic element symbols of Yangzhou culture in the dining space,which is also for the inheritance and development of Yangzhou culture.Firstly,this paper analyzes and sorts out relevant concepts and contents by consulting relevant theoretical literature.Secondly,the importance and significance of cultural element extraction are discussed,and the methods of element extraction are obtained.And explore the fusion between catering space design and Yangzhou cultural characteristic elements,in order to deduce the application principles and strategies of Yangzhou cultural characteristic elements in catering space design,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the cultural connotation of catering space,inheritance and development of Yangzhou culture;Finally attached to the Yangzhou Hongqiao Square Huaiyang catering space design scheme to prove.
