Therefore,the future development of power companies still needs to fully consider the impact of epidemic factors.Therefore,power system reform is imperative.Outdated business concepts and development methods have caused considerable impact on the development of power grid companies.Increased investment pressure and increased operational risks have become major challenges facing BT Power Supply Bureau.At present,in the actual development process of electric power enterprises,they are still affected by various factors,such as market environment,policy guidance and other factors,which affect the further development of enterprises,so that there are various weak links that need to be gradually improved.In order to promote the better development of power grid enterprises,BT Power Supply Bureau must take the promotion of comprehensively deepening the reform of the power system as the primary task in the current and subsequent work.This article uses the PEST model and Porter’s five forces model analysis to fully analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of the BT Power Supply Bureau’s development,and then in-depth analysis of the company’s resources and capabilities,and then conduct a SWOT analysis of the company to identify the development of the BT Power Supply Bureau External opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,put forward a diversified development strategy,and put forward the implementation measures of the power system reform strategy,and explore the guarantee measures for the implementation of the company’s strategy from the perspective of new energy innovation.The views put forward in this article can provide a reference for BT Power Supply Bureau when formulating development strategies,so that it can further improve and strengthen and expand state-owned enterprises,and better provide a strong power grid support for regional economic and social development.At the same time,it also provides reference for other power grid companies to think about their development strategies.
