| With the rapid development of the instrumental industry in recent years,J Technology has continued to cultivate and invest in environmental protection,meteorology,radar and other aspects.After long-term efforts,J Technology was successfully listed in August 2020,its financing capabilities and brand value have been improved.Due to the impact of the COVID in 2020,the procurement of bidding projects have been significantly reduced,and the project budget has shrunk significantly compared with previous years.Competitors have gradually occupied the advantageous market of J Technology through product innovation and low-price competition,which has shaken the market’s dominant position.Therefore,J Technology Company is eager to formulate a suitable development strategic plan based on the analysis of the current situation of the internal and external industries.By using the basic analysis models and strategic management research methods,this thesis analyzes J Technology’s position in instrumental industry,then uses strategic models to find opportunities and threats at the macro level of the industry for external factor and to find advantages and disadvantages at the micro level through the internal situation of the company.After that,this thesis uses the QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze the alternative strategies,combine with the Boston matrix model to segment the market,and find the next step to vigorously develop and eliminate the segmentation strategies.At last,this thesis formulates safeguard measures such as R&D innovation,employee incentives,sales models,and corporate culture excavation.This thesis has reference significance for other industries and corporate strategy researches. |
