Research On The Development Strategy Of HX Airlines In Regional Aviation Business

In civil aviation transportation,regional aviation refers to the use of passenger aircraft with less than 100 seats between medium and small cities for short-distance transportation with a flying distance of no more than 1200 kilometers.According to the "State Council’s Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Civil Aviation Industry" and "Made in China 2025" and other policy documents,the state should increase support for regional aviation and regional airports,and improve the smoothness between branch lines and trunk lines,and between branch lines and branch lines.Increase the number of flights atregional airports,focus on poverty-stricken areas and areas with inconvenient transportation,adopt safe and economical models,and promote the implementation of basic aviation travel service plans in these areas;actively serve the domestic aircraft manufacturing strategy and promote ownership The regional aircraft with intellectual property rights has enabled China to gradually master the design of the entire aircraft,the manufacturing of the engine,and the technological level of the assembly of the entire aircraft,bringing China’s industrial level to a higher level.With the continuous improvement of my country’s urbanization level,people’s living standards,and the implementation of corresponding policies,how to use these resources to improve the sound development of airlines in the field of feeders;how to develop regional aviation that suits my country’s national conditions and increase the utilization rate of small and medium airports? Improving the travel efficiency of people in third-and fourth-tier cities and reducing travel time and travel costs are issues worthy of in-depth exploration.This paper objectively evaluates the current aviation status of my country’s small and medium-sized cities and the development history of China’s regional aviation,and finds that my country’s regional aviation is mainly regional development,which leads to the lack of accessibility and convenience in my country’s regional aviation network because of the lack of full network connectivity.This article takes HX Aviation,a domestic airline company,as the research object.Through the use of literature method,comparative analysis method,research method and environmental analysis method,the development idea of HX aviation branch line aviation business is proposed to continue to build and improve the "main-support-community,comprehensive Thenet-link air transportation service network has gradually improved the accessibility and convenience of regional aviation business.At the same time,it strengthens the establishment of strategic alliances with various local governments,airports,airlines,and general aviation companies,and uses code sharing,optimizing policies and services such as connecting flights,luggage direct check,and through flights,optimizing the transfer process,and improving the travel experience of passengers.More passengers can directly reach more domestic and foreign cities from the regional airports,realizing the strategic goal of becoming "the leader of regional aviation business model".
