Under the co-functioning of inflexible function division concept, single physical construction mode, fragmented administrative management pattern and static digital management indicators in China’s urbanization process, the continuity and organic trait of urban public space have been damaged to a certain extent, showing a tendency of separation between each urban functional element and between them and public life in terms of spatial form, which results in the gradual evolution of urban space to a segment with weak correlation. In terms of the above-mentioned spatial problem, this thesis attempts to explore the solutions by making full use of the internal organization mechanism among various functional elements.Based on this, the author puts forward the inclusive model and its operation mechanism to conduct an in-depth study of spatial elements, determine the inclusive level of spatial elements, and seek inclusive methods of spatial elements.Meanwhile, taking it as the basic logical framework, the thesis discusses how to confront fragmentation with inclusiveness, integrate the ownership interface and break the space limit,so as to enable the originally independent and dispersed spatial elements to form a complex space with multiple uses with the aid of inclusive mechanism, and construct a series of organic urban public space network.Under the framework of inclusive mechanism, this thesis first takes three spatial elements with strong agglomeration, namely the commercial, residential and transportation space,as the paradigm to explore the deep logic behind the current problems. Then, from three inclusion dimensions including the optimization of spatial structure, the penetration of spatial interface and the recombination of urban texture, the thesis studies the relevant spatial practice cases and reviews the principles and strategies. Finally, they are applied to the design practice to verify the central thesis of this thesis. In conclusion, through an in-depth study of how three highly agglomerated spatial elements form an efficient interconnection relationship paradigm with public space, the thesis constructs a universal inclusiveness model that can be applied to different spatial elements. It is expected to provide a brand new idea for solving the problems related to urban space in the future. This thesis consists of 96 graphs,4 tables, and 75 references...
