With the continuous development of Chinese economy and the rapid advan cement of urbanization,most people have higher and higher requirements for t he urban infrastructure functions.As one of the most important city cards,curr ent urban street lighting project plays an important role in improving living en vironment and beautifying the image of the city.However,the traditional urban street lamp lighting projects built in the early days of the city generally have problems such as lamps aging,insufficient illumination,environmental pollution and high energy consumption.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out energy-saving transformation of traditional urban street lamps.At present,District H of Wuxi is also facing the problem of energy-saving transformation of urban street lam ps in the process of development.Therefore,this research conducts a systemati c analysis on the environmental conditions of the energy-saving renovation of urban street lamps in District H,proposes a promotion strategy for urban street lamp energy-saving renovation to finish urban street lamps engineering.Energysaving transformation model and proposed relevant safeguard measures are used to provide reference for the H district to carry out energy-saving transformatio nofurban street lamps.First of all,this article conducts a SWOT analysis on the environmental c onditions on the energy-saving renovation of urban street lamps in H District.Also analyzes advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats on the energ y-saving renovation of urban street lamps in H District through literature resear ch,brainstorming,and expert interviews,concisely identifies 27 factors related on the energy-saving renovation of urban street lamps from four dimensions.S econdly,on the results of the SWOT analysis and the Analytic Hierarchy Proc ess,the SWOT-AHP analysis model on the energy-saving transformation of urb an street lamps in District H is constructed.The model data is collected throug h Likert five-level scale questionnaires.The consistency of data is checked thro ugh four-dimensional discriminant matrix of strength,weakness,opportunity,thr eat.And calculate weight ranking of each internal factor in four dimensions to form a comprehensive weight ranking of each factor.The intensity of each fa ctor is obtained to calculate the comprehensive intensity of advantage,disadvan tage,opportunity,and threat.A strategic combination of the promotion strategy on urban street lamp energy-saving transformation is proposed.Thirdly,with a nalysis of SWOT-AHP and development status on H district.Energy-saving ren ovation mode of urban street lamps in H district is constructed by three aspect s of organizational structure,renovation process and supporting system.Finally,specific measures are proposed to ensure the implementation of urban street la mp energy-saving renovation project in H District from four levels of policy,market,society and technology,ensuring the economic,social and environmenta l benefits of street lamp energy-saving renovation projects.Research results can provide theoretical support and practical reference for subsequent large-scale energy-saving renovation of urban street lamps in Distri ct H.It also has certain reference significance for energy-saving renovation pro jects of urban street lamps in other regions.
