| High-density area as the economic center of the city, city science and technology center and cultural center,is the main place to citizens public activities, but the present stage our country city high density area is lack of urban green space and the park plaza area, proportion is low,and with high density urban area population agglomeration, highlighting the problems of the traffic congestion, public space environment quality is deteriorating.Underground space development is one of the main ways to realize regional spatial integration and improve spatial efficiency as a main method to alleviate urban traffic and parking difficulties.Among them, the study of underground complex design is a systematic summary of the practice and theory related to the three-dimensional development of underground space in the urban center area with high population density, high building floor area ratio, high building density and low open space ratio. The three-dimensional development of underground complex without surface buildings as defined in this thesis can effectively improve the human living environment on the ground, relieve the pressure on the ground space, and fully explore the resource potential of underground space. In this thesis, qualitative research is adopted as the main research means.Firstly, the historical development and evolution of underground complexes in urban high-density areas are sorted out through historical review and literature analysis, and the composition of functional elements and development characteristics are obtained.Secondly, through investigation and analysis, case study, questionnaire survey and other methods, the three-dimensional characteristics of underground complex in high-density urban areas are studied, the three-dimensional design principles are summarized, and the three-dimensional design strategies of traffic layout, functional organization and subject cognition are proposed. Finally, taking the area around Pengcheng Square in Xuzhou City as an example, the case empirical study was carried out,and the three-dimensional design strategy of underground space was applied to the practice of specific projects by combining the current situation background of the project plot with interviews, observations and questionnaires. The main research conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the development history and historical evolution of underground space in urban high-density areas at home and abroad, the development stage of underground space in urban high-density areas can be divided into four stages:germination stage, embryonic stage, development stage and maturity stage, showing several "three-dimensional" development trends, such as functional compound, spatial network and complex form.(2)By classifying and analyzing the space and functions of underground complexes in urban high-density areas, four three-dimensional spatial organization characteristics of dot, line and ridge, plane and radiate,as well as four functional composition modes of adjacent, embedded, stitching and Mosaic, are summarized.(3)Through the investigation and analysis of the three-dimensional status quo of traffic layout, functional organization and subject cognition of underground complex in urban high-density areas, the design strategy of traffic organization and transfer based on efficient integration and the design strategy of functional composite and overlapping juxtination based on high quality improvement are proposed.Spatial cohesion and vertical node design strategy based on high behavior perception.(4)For Xuzhou Pengcheng square underground complex three-dimensional design, the application of underground complex three-dimensional design principles and strategies to the project practice,so as to verify the rationality and limitations of the strategy of three-dimensional space, adjust measures to local conditions for Pengcheng square underground space comprehensive development to provide solutions, also provide some reference value for the same type city construction. |
