In recent years, information technology has made rapid progress in the field of construction engineering, among which, the three-dimensional collaborative design and management technology represented by BIM has been widely concerned.BIM,based on the physical and functional attribute information, takes the information sharing as the principle, relies on the open data storage standard, information semantic standard and information transmission standard. It integrates the engineering data of different stages and different specialties in the whole life cycle of the building by means of a series of technologies such as parameterization, integration, visualization, virtual simulation.Thereby a new working paradigm is formed by integrating the process, technology and personal. With the continuous development of engineering construction industry and the sustainable innovation of design and construction management technology, the project delivery mode is also undergoing profound changes.Traditional project delivery mode seriously restricts the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the collaborative work based on BIM,which often leads to construction period delay, increase of cost and frequent engineering changes, which affects the sustainable development of the construction industry. The emergence of integrated project delivery mode provides a new way to solve these problems. As a new delivery mode,it integrates people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency through all phases of design and construction, leverages early contributions of knowledge and expertise through utilization of new technologies, allowing all team members to better realize their highest potentials while expanding the value they provide throughout the project lifecycle. It creates integrated organization environment for BIM implementation, thus improving the overall projectv alue.BIM provides technical support for the implementation of integrated project delivery mode, while integrated project delivery mode provides external environment support for BIM application. Both of them have high degree of fit and complement each other, which is generally considered as the future development trend of construction engineering industry at home and abroad.China is also increasing the investment and Research on the delivery mode of construction information technology and integrated projects, and has been listed as the key research topic of the state, and has made some progress. But from the current domestic and foreign implementation situation,it is still in the initial stage, and the effect is not ideal. In addition to the limitation of laws and regulations, one of the important reasons is the lack of corresponding theoretical research to guide Bim in the integration delivery project coordination. Thus,BIM application in integrated delivery project has encountered a great obstacle. Therefore, this paper studies this problem thoroughly by integrating the relevant theories and knowledge of economics, management, engineering management and system engineering, including the following aspects:First, from the perspective of social technology system theory, the factors influencing BIM collaboration,BIM collaboration and the core elements of BIM collaborative value variables are identified. The concept model of BIM based collaborative driving mechanism is constructed through theoretical analysis.Based on the concept model, the paper takes the construction project with significant integration characteristics as the research object, and designs innovative questionnaire to carry out empirical research combining theoretical analysis and semi-structured interview. The multi statistical analysis technology of structural equation model is used to verify the mechanism of the factors, knowledge interaction,BIM Technology process matching, project performance and organizational performance.Secondly, taking the cost and benefit of BIM implementation as the starting point, the paper establishes the evolutionary game model of moral risk behavior based on BIM under integrated delivery mode.Through simulation experiment, the evolution mechanism of moral risk under different conditions is analyzed, and the superposition effect of incentive mechanism and punishment mechanism in suppressing the moral risk behavior of non owner is proposed and verified.Considering the restriction of incentive compatibility and participation, the mathematical model of moral risk behavior control is established to obtain the optimal incentive factor and punishment factor. The mechanism of the influence of the ability of moral risk behavior and BIM on the optimal incentive factor and punishment factor is analyzed.Thirdly,a BIM workflow reengineering framework is constructed based on the actual engineering case.Under the guidance of the framework, the overall workflow and detailed workflow of BIM are sorted out.Through systematic analysis of the research literature in the field of process management,a comprehensive evaluation index system for evaluating the implementation effect of BIM workflow is extracted. In view of the disadvantages of traditional evaluation index weight determination method, which ignore the internal dependence and external feedback between different indexes, and the disadvantages of large fluctuation and low reliability in the process of cloud model calculation similarity,an improved ANP cloud model is proposed.Based on this method, the positive and reverse cloud generators realize the quantitative evaluation of BIM workflow implementation effect.
