As the main members of the automobile logistics service supply chain,logistics providers are the actual implementers of logistics operations.Their ability level directly affects the automobile manufacturing process and the competitiveness of the whole service chain,so it’s very important to select suitable and high-quality logistics enterprises to achieve long-term and stable cooperative relations.However,in engineering practice,auto logistics integrators take cost as the main guide when evaluating and choosing logistics supplier,and one-sided pursuit of maximizing their own interests.Due to the lack of scientific,objective and comprehensive evaluation indicator system and evaluation methods,it’s easy to lead to improper selection of logistics supplier,coupled with unreasonable order distribution,affect the logistics service quality and the stability of the automobile logistics service supply chain.Therefore,in the process of construction and operation of the automotive logistics service supply chain,how to scientifically select high-quality logistics supplier and allocate reasonable orders is a significant and urgent research problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper focuses on the issue of logistics supplier selection and order allocation under the environment of automobile logistics service supply chain.(1)On the basis of summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,this paper proposed to construct an automobile logistics service supply chain.Based on the characteristics of logistics supplier selection and order allocation of automobile logistics service supply chain,the problems in logistics supplier selection and order allocation were analyzed respectively.(2)for the key link in the construction of the automotive logistics service supply chain—the evaluation and selection of logistics supplier,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for logistics supplier oriented to the automotive logistics service supply chain,combined the BWM method with the entropy method to obtain the indicator combined weight,and then used the TOPSIS method to comprehensively sort the evaluation schemes,determine the optimal automotive logistics supplier,to establish a strategic cooperative partnership.(3)Based on the above-identified selection results,this paper continued to discuss the order distribution problem in the operation stage of the automotive logistics service supply chain,considering the preference of logistics integrators,the service capabilities of logistics provider,price discounts and other constraints,a multi-objective programming model for order allocation was established,which took minimum service cost,largest logistics supplier’satisfaction and best service quality as optimization objectives.And a fuzzy optimization method was used to solve the model by the matlab software.(4)This paper took a logistics enterprise affiliated to an automobile manufacturer as a case to analyze and verify the feasibility and applicability of the automobile logistics supplier evaluation selection model and the order allocation model.The above-mentioned research can provide basis and reference for the construction of automobile logistics service supply chain for logistics enterprises in reality,which has a broad application prospect.
