The construction of "housing + construction" mode has played an important role in promoting the development of urbanization.In terms of the overall investment in engineering projects,logistics costs often account for about 11% of the proportion.It has an important impact on the capital management of construction industry and the overall efficiency of engineering construction.However,the extensive logistics management will lower the construction efficiency and operating income,and the level of logistics management in the industry needs to be improved.Baoding Machang Village resettlement area project is a "residential + with construction" model,but also the problem of refining this thesis and the example of design.In this thesis,the use of logistics management theory,Baoding Machang Village resettlement area project logistics operation status of investigation and analysis,found in supplier selection evaluation,inventory management and logistics information management problems.Aiming at the evaluation of supplier selection,the evaluation index system of supplier selection of engineering materials is constructed from five dimensions: supplier strength,product price,supplier cooperation willingness,technology and R & D capability,and delivery capability.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to select and evaluate suppliers,which reduces the adverse effect caused by subjective judgment.Aiming at the inventory management problem,this thesis uses ABC classification combined with Kralijic model to classify the engineering materials,clarifies the management mode according to the types of materials,puts forward the differentiated procurement method,and improves the management efficiency of materials.Detailed strategies are put forward to improve the efficiency of inventory management by analyzing the status of on-site material storage and the performance evaluation of inventory management personnel.From the perspective of dynamic programming management,the joint inventory management model is introduced to manage the stock materials economically,and the cost is reduced.Aiming at the problem of logistics information management,the Internet of Things and Building Information Technology(BIM)are introduced,and the integrated management system of logistics information is constructed.The main structure of the system and the functions of each subsystem are designed in detail.Make the project logistics management to achieve standardization and informatization.Through the research of this thesis,it will help to improve the efficiency and benefit of the whole project operation,and provide theoretical guidance for the construction site management of the project.
