| Compared with ordinary logistics,cold chain logistics has higher requirements for timeliness and higher distribution costs because of the perishable and deteriorating characteristics of the goods it distributes.However,as the scale of cities continues to expand,traffic congestion is becoming more frequent.Therefore,reasonable planning of distribution routes is particularly important.A good distribution route can not only effectively improve distribution efficiency,reduce distribution costs,and reduce carbon emissions,but also increase customer satisfaction.Most of the existing research on the path of cold chain logistics vehicles does not take into account the complexity of the actual road network and the time variability of traffic conditions,that is,there is only one connecting path between the default customer points,and the distance is its spatial European distance;However,the complexity of the road network and the time variability of traffic conditions will affect the distribution activities,and thus affect the costs of the distribution activities,therefore,based on the shortcomings of previous research,this paper on the cold chain logistics vehicle path to do further research,the main content is as follows:First,the road traffic time forecast is targeted.Based on fixed detector technology and floating vehicle technology to predict road travel time,and using genetic algorithm optimization BP neural network algorithm will use fixed detector technology and floating vehicle technology to obtain the road travel time prediction results for fusion,and further improve the accuracy of road travel time prediction results.Based on this,considering the time variability of the road network in the distribution activity,when predicting the travel time of the route,giving the road section historical travel time data and the current time change weight of the trip time to the trip time forecast,overcoming the defect that the subsequent travel time prediction result is not high due to the traffic variability,and then constructing the path travel time prediction model to lay the foundation for the cold chain logistics and distribution activities.Then,on the basis of road trip time prediction and path travel time prediction,the two-target cold chain logistics vehicle path model,which includes transportation cost,refrigeration cost,cargo loss cost,total cost of operation cost,and minimum carbon emission,is constructed on the basis of the road network simulated by VISSIM traffic simulation software,the NSGA-II algorithm solution model is designed,the relationship between total cost and carbon emission is analyzed,and the activities of cold chain logistics enterprises are guided. |
