With the development of society and the improvement of residents’ eating habits,residents’ demand for cold chain products has been growing rapidly,and cold chain logistics companies have ushered in a golden period of development.However,the high cost and environmental pollution of cold chain distribution have hindered the development of cold chain logistics companies.Therefore,on the basis of meeting the demand of large-scale distribution,how to reasonably plan the vehicle distribution route,to reduce the distribution cost while effectively reducing the energy consumption and pollutant emission in the distribution process,and to achieve the win-win situation of economy and environment has gradually become the focus of current cold chain logistics companies.In addition,in cities with a large demand for cold chain products,traffic congestion has often become the norm,therefore,considering the time-dependent characteristics of the road network caused by traffic flow changes in the optimization of distribution path is more practical and makes the decision of the distribution plan more scientific.Based on this,this paper from the green perspective,converts energy saving and emission reduction into green cost,integrates it into the path optimization problem,establishes the path optimization model of cold chain logistics considering green cost with the total costs minimization as the research objective,and designs the algorithm to solve the model.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarizing the previous research results of predecessors,combing the domestic and international research status of the green vehicle routing problem,time-dependent vehicle routing problem and cold chain logistics distribution problem,and found that there are fewer achievements in the field of cold chain green logistics distribution,and the research results that consider the time-dependent characteristics of the road network in this area are even scarcer.(2)Combined with the actual traffic speed change trend,a calculation method for vehicle travel time under the time-dependent characteristics of the road network is proposed.Based on this,the green cost variables are explained in detail.At the same time,according to the characteristics of perishability and time sensitivity of cold chain products,this paper analyzes in detail the fixed cost,cargo loss cost,refrigeration cost,penalty cost in the distribution,and finally,with the minimum total costs as the goal,construct a cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model considering green cost.(3)The ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model in this paper.Based on the traditional ant colony algorithm and the research problems in this paper,the state transition probability and pheromone update rules in the ant colony algorithm model are improved,and after each iteration,combination the 2-opt algorithm locally optimizes the solution.(4)Combined with the case analysis of cold chain logistics enterprises,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper was verified.By comparing the solution results of time-dependent and non-time-dependent situations,it is found that by introducing the time-dependent characteristics of the road network caused by traffic congestion into the model,the distribution strategy will be more in line with the actual situation.Through the results of large-scale simulation experiments,it is found that the model and algorithm in this paper have the ability to deal with the optimization of large-scale cold chain logistics distribution path,and can effectively reduce the total costs while promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in logistics distribution.This paper establishes the optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution path considering the green cost,compared with the traditional path optimization problem,the research depth and difficulty increase gradually.On the theoretical level,the theories and methods related to cold chain logistics distribution have been broadened.On the practical level,it provides management inspiration and methods for cold chain logistics enterprises to realize the vision of green logistics and the unification of economic and environmental benefits in actual operation.
